Fully informed of what was happening during the procedure. Staff were friendly and priest to take my mins off of what was happening. Nothing to improve on the day but was rather annoyed to receive a failure to attend notice when I has never been sent on appointment originally when don't, got seen very quickly. Thank you.

They done all they could to make you feel relaxed.

Felt respected even though I felt foolish for caring.
Looked after really well.
Waiting time was long but seen in plenty of time.
